Couldn't find a .dmp folder after a while of searching, I also researched my GPU (intel Celeron dual core) and found out it wasn't good for gaming at all. that explains the intel driver crash, sorry for wasting your time :(

here's the weird thing though, after the last reply where I described the fatal error, I went to play Chex Quest HD (free on steam, remaster of the original 3 games) when I noticed that the file placement looks similar...

yup they use the same engine :/

I tried to screenshot it but it only turned to text its a black screen with a window in the middle saying "fatal error!" heres the text:
